dated room constant hammering
The room initially assigned to me was disappointing. It felt quite dated and not particularly clean. the noise persisted throughout the day. It made relaxing on the balcony nearly impossible. the constant hammering. Drilling really detracted from the experience, and the hotel didn't seem to offer any solutions or acknowledge the inconvenience.

friendly staff hotel activities repetitive food table availability
The hotel had several activities and sports, including volleyball and table tennis. The staff were amazing.
The food was uninteresting. It was the SAME each day. Finding a free table for evening meals proved DIFFICULT. This made dining unnecessarily stressful.

hytham welcomed me very well. fresh orange juice was available for breakfast. homemade ice tea tasted really good. the location allows easy access for tours.

The staff were professional. Training seemed thorough, so service was attentive.
The umbrellas on the beach were a joke. They had holes. This meant I could not relax on the beach because I would burn. The pool area was too small for the number of guests, I feel.

i found the food variety satisfying, offering diverse choices. the housekeepers created towel art, a creative touch i liked. gamila restaurant stood out with excellent food and service. omar provided special dinners each evening.
The wi-fi signal was sometimes weak. this was only in the late evenings.

The beach umbrellas had big holes! that's not good when it is so hot. also. the pool was too small for so many people. It was always crowded. the hotel layout wasn't clear. It took a long time to find things and there were not enough signs. air conditioning in the restaurant wasn't working well either. it was very frustrating
