i found the food variety satisfying, offering diverse choices. the housekeepers created towel art, a creative touch i liked. gamila restaurant stood out with excellent food and service. omar provided special dinners each evening.
The wi-fi signal was sometimes weak. this was only in the late evenings.

The beach umbrellas had big holes! that's not good when it is so hot. also. the pool was too small for so many people. It was always crowded. the hotel layout wasn't clear. It took a long time to find things and there were not enough signs. air conditioning in the restaurant wasn't working well either. it was very frustrating
